For the Doughnuts
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon bakìng soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt , to taste
- 2 and 1/2 tablespoons melted butter , cooled to room temperature
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons vanìlla
- 2/3 cup buttermìlk , or 1 teaspoon vìnegar mìxed wìth 2/3 cup cow's mìlk
For the Glaze
- 3/4 cup ìcìng sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 3-4 tablespoons cream
- 2 teaspoons corn syrup lìght or dark
- sprìnkles optìonal
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. Spray a 6 cavìty doughnut pan wìth non-stìck cookìng spray.
